On January 30, 2023, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to our country Kim Hee Sang.

At the beginning of the meeting, Acting Minister Saidov congratulated the Ambassador on the New Year according to the lunar calendar (“Sollal”).

It is underscored that Uzbek-South Korean relations have reached an unprecedented high level of special strategic partnership.

Both have thoroughly discussed the comprehensive agenda of Uzbekistan – Korean multifaceted cooperation for 2023.
