Oman News Agency notes the dynamic development of bilateral cooperation
MUSCAT, August 21. / IA "Dunyo" /. The Oman News Agency published an article entitled "The Sultanate of Oman and Uzbekistan are discussing ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields," the Dunyo news agency reported.
The material notes that the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Uzbekistan organized the 6th round of political consultations in the format of videoconferencing in order to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in various areas of mutual interest, and also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues.
The meeting discussed the prospects for the development of relations between the two countries in the political, trade, economic, scientific and cultural fields and expressed interest in assisting in the implementation of joint investment projects, as well as enhancing trade exchanges between the two countries.
In conclusion, the agency summarizes that at the event, the Omani side was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Isa al-Harisi, and the Uzbek side was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Furkat Sidikov.
