Stolen cultural property dating back to the 2nd and 3rd centuries AD has been returned to Uzbekistan following a large-scale investigation involving law enforcement agencies and scholars from across Europe.

On April 29th, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš, arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit.

Following talks held in Tashkent, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš signed a Joint Declaration on the promotion of expanded cooperation.

Negotiations were held between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš, in a narrow format and with the participation of the two countries’ delegations at the Kuksaroy Residence.
