A meeting was held between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, in the city of Dushanbe.
During the meeting, the sides discussed ways to further strengthen friendly Uzbekistan–Palestine relations and expand mutually beneficial cooperation. Minister expressed sincere appreciation for Ambassador Awad’s efforts to enhance bilateral ties and deepen friendship between the peoples of the two nations.
Both sides underscored the strengthening of Uzbekistan–Japan Strategic Partnership ties and expansion of practical cooperation in trade, investment, education, cultural exchange, and other areas.
