On September 8, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the head of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) Gianni Infantino. 

"Glad to host H.E. Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Alharthy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman today at the Foreign Ministry, – the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan wrote in his telegram-channel. – We discussed the agenda of upcoming events between our countries. Underscored that Uzbekistan and Oman possess many opportunities that can serve for the best interests of people in both countries.

Following the official ceremony, during a conversation held between the sides, President Joseph Aoun expressed his sincere gratitude to President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev for appointing an Ambassador to Lebanon as a step towards strengthening bilateral relations. He also conveyed his warm greetings and best wishes to the Uzbek leader.

On September 3, as part of the official visit program in Beijing, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev took part in a solemn military parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in World War II, held at Tiananmen Square.

On September 2, as part of the business program of the official visit to China, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with the heads of leading companies of this country.
