During the meeting, the parties discussed ways to elevate cooperation between Uzbek and Omani businesswomen to a new level, exchange experiences and knowledge, and support joint initiatives.

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Oman, Abdusalom Khatamov, held discussions with K.A. Shabeer, the regional head of "Lulu International Group," which owns more than 30 supermarkets in the Sultanate of Oman, and Subair Mohammed Ali, the Executive Director of "Berry Mount Vegetables and Fruit Trading LLC," one of the major trading companies in the Middle East. The talks focused on accelerating the export of agricultural products grown in Uzbekistan to the Sultanate.

It should be noted that Professor Muhammad Al-Hajri directly participated in the international scientific-practical conference titled "Islam — a Religion of Peace and Benevolence," held in Tashkent and Khiva in October 2024.
The conference will be dedicated to the legacy of the founder of the Turkestan Jadid movement, the renowned writer and public figure Mahmudhoja Behbudi, and the former Sultan of Oman, Sultan Qaboos.
On September 23, negotiations took place between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the United States of America Donald Trump. The meeting was held at the UN Headquarters on the sidelines of the events of the 80th anniversary session of the General Assembly.
