On February 10-11, the delegation of Uzbekistan, led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, visited Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. During the visit, the delegation met with a number of government officials, heads of international organisations, and business circles.

The declaration of independence and the commitment of the Government of Uzbekistan to the ideals of democracy, the choice of a secular path of development of society gradually made it possible to create equal legal conditions for religions in general and religious groups in particular.

On October 20-22, the 5th International Festival of Traditional Textiles “Atlas Bayrami” will be held in the city of Margilan. The festival is aimed at supporting creativity, preserving and popularizing traditional Uzbek textiles, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.
