The Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Sultanate of Oman, A. Khatamov, paid a visit to the headquarters of one of the Sultanate’s prominent and major companies — AL Rawahy Holding LLC, where he met with the Chairman of the Board, His Excellency Sheikh Aflah Al Rawahy. The meeting was a great honor and a source of sincere satisfaction for both sides.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Sultanate of Oman, Abdusalom Khatamov, paid a visit to the headquarters of one of the Sultanate’s prominent and major companies — AL Rawahy Holding LLC, where he met with the Chairman of the Board, His Excellency Sheikh Aflah Al Rawahy. The meeting was a great honor and a source of sincere satisfaction for both sides.

During the visit, the delegation ознакомился closely with the library established at the initiative of Sheikh Aflah within the company’s premises, which houses rare manuscripts related to Islamic religion and culture. This visit left a deep impression on the guests. It was also emphasized that Sheikh Aflah’s noble and educational initiatives deserve high recognition and appreciation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Sheikh Aflah presented his book titled “The Journey from the Cradle to the Grave: Preparing for the Journey” as a gift. In turn, Ambassador A. Khatamov presented to Sheikh Aflah’s library a copy of “Baburnama” by the great commander, statesman, and poet Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur — the first-ever translation of the work into Arabic.

Both sides expressed confidence that AL Rawahy Holding LLC will actively participate in major investment and infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan and will make a достойный contribution to strengthening trade, economic, and investment cooperation between the two countries.
